Amp install fail with fuse piggybacking! Help

So I installed an amp with a piggyback fuse to run the remote lead to the amp. The first fuse bank that I went in (which I don't remember) was hot all the time, so the battery was drained pretty quickly. I moved the fuse piggyback to another inside fuse that was the second in and second down from the left inside the car (not at the car to read the fuse). All was well, but I had to turn off the stereo every time or it would continue to try to run after I would turn the car off. Also, if I left my phone in my car, the bluetooth would get signal and would turn the stereo on and off every few minutes until the battery would drain.

What fuse should I piggyback to stop the nonsense and allow my subs to hit, without me wanting to hit myself or the car when the battery dies?

Thank you for your input.

When you say that your am gets its remote signal from the audio input, do you mean that when it senses a signal from a the head unit that is supposed to go to a speaker, it turns on? I had that feature in an Infinity Basslink. It was quite helpful. I am thinking about upgrading to something like that because this has just been a headache.
