That's my story, I ordered a NA spoiler from Korea auto import in mid aug. then they gave so many fxxxking to delay my order, is like 4 months later finally I received my spoiler. It is already pre painted. But when I opened the box to c spoiler, it was huge disappointment. 2 corners were cracked, the surface was soooo rough, there was a 4 inch big gap in the edge. The spoiler itself is made of fiber glass but u can feel it is soo light and inside is kind of empty. The quality is really really big . I will upload the pic shortly. Guys, dun buy anything from them unless you wanna waste ur time and money

I get it, you received an item after a long delay that was damaged in shipping, it's understandable that you're upset.
However saying "don't buy from this vendor" when you have not even talked to them about a resolution isn't giving them a fair shake, let them see if they can resolve it. Breakage happens, ESPECIALLY in poorly packed overseas shipments, how the vendor deals with it after the fact is what separates the good from the bad vendors.

It may wind up that they don't help, but throwing them under the bus before they respond isn't cool.

ow, ow, ow... I have to say it, and folks will take offense, but please stop and take a second or two and please review these posts before you click submit, turn on the spell check, etc, they are barely understandable the way they're posted.

I know, you'll say "who cares? it's only some dumb forum" but nothing speaks more about a person than how they present themselves, and that includes posting. No one enjoys reading posts that they need to spend 5 minutes translating.

I bought one from the same people.

Lucky for me their paint shop was closed and it couldn't be painted.

When it arrived it was like yours, dented etc.

My body shop guy only charged $280 to fix and paint.

The Korean mob charge $80 for paint, get a partial refund and get another couple of quotes for the repairs and paint, I'm sure you can get it fixed much cheaper.

Oh good you did use paypal. If the company doesnt want to help you then I would certainly start a claim just make sure there isnt any disclaimers on their site that says shipping over seas may destroy your package or something like that.
