I guess this is known as "pulse width modulation"

I bought a Morimoto 3Five HID kit and a warning canceller from Diode Dynamics. After installing the HID kit, I get a buzz so I then installed the Warning Canceller from DD and still get a buzz. Does anyone know what else I need to troubleshoot? I have made sure that my grounds are good and connections are set right.

Here is a video from DD that shows exactly what my issue is

warning canceller does nothing for the buzzing. they're 2 different things. pulse width modulation turns the light on and off at a high rate of speed, so fast your eyes can't see it flashing. kinda like a/c power from your house outlet. the on and off causes your relay to turn on and off and that's what you are hearing buzzing. you need to add a capacitor to your lights to fix this problem. if you are not mechanically incline, search for a HID inline capacitor:

or you can go to your local electronic store and pick up a capacitor (4700 micro farad) and wire it in yourself (like I did);

(not my pic, I did the same thing, adding it at the relay)
