Have a '13 Veloster. Buddy burnt a significant hole in the rear passenger seat with a cigarette. Trying to replace the section and looking for the exact same material at the cheapest price. Researched a few places, but could use a little extra help. Cheapest I have found so far, without going directly to a Hyundai dealer, was $250-$270.

Specs:
2013 Hyundai Veloster
Black cloth interior fabric
Rear passenger seat bottom (to be replaced) - Hole is in center seam
Last 8 digits of VIN: DU129447

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Sorry if this isn't helpful but, if you smoke in the car, or let people smoke in the car, why not just patch it? I say that because the upholstery is going to get kinda messed up from the smoke anyway so just wait until you eventually sell the car before replacing the fabric. I'm not saying that in a snarky way, it just seems a waste to spend so much when it could happen again.

I'd talk to a bodyshop then and ask if they can recommend a fabric person. When I did bodywork we had an upholstery guy we'd out-source our repairs and re-upholstery work to (most shops do). They are pretty cheap and because they do this all day, they have a lot of experience. I think you might be able to get that thing hidden for very cheap. Being that it's in a less conspicuous spot (near a seam) works in your favor. The fact that it looks like a thread came loose, does not.
