I'm reading about all kinds of issues with Head Unit Bluetooth not pairing up with certain cell phones.
I have that same issue and I'm trying to resolve it.

My question is, what is the latest version of the Head Unit that should be in the car? I hope I'm explaining this right. Maybe it's not the version of the Head Unit, but the version of the software? Can people post which version they have and let us know if your cell is connecting properly with the BT in the car? (also please state the year of your car as well).

If this has been posted elsewhere, I apologize for repeating.

I have a 2012 base V, nothing fancy but she's all mine!
I stopped by the dealer today to see if there is any udates to the HU and I was told I have the latest version, but they are expecting something from Hyundai anytime because of all the issues with cell phones and bluetooth. I was told I was not the only one who was having issues. A lot of iphone 5 and newer Androids were having issues, hence why they are updating the software on all the vehicles.

Again I was told I have the latest update, and here it is:
Model: LAC1720INFS
SW Ver: 5.1.43
Micon Ver: 5.3.60 (FS-USA26)
TMU: 10.03

I don't know if this is actually the latest update or what any of that means, so if someone could let me know, that would be great!

Oh, I also asked if I could upgrade to the version that has the GPS Map stuff (whatever it's called) and was told "yes, but it would call an arm and a leg because the old unit would have to swapped out with a new Head Unit. Has anyone done this?
