Touch screen not working

My husband has a 2016 veloster turbo. His display screen just recently stopped working. It looks like this when he turns the car on. Anyone know how to fix this? He has tried resetting for 30 seconds, checked the fuses, and disconnected and reconnected the battery. Thanks!

looks busted... i would clean it off real nice be sure to get the edges. if still bad replace headunit or front screen.

It comes on sometimes and works for about 5 min, then it goes back out again.
