You might think about changing the music you are listening to?

But really, if you mean "REVS" up, you might want to shift at a bit higher RPM

I have a 2012 Veloster. When you shift the car it raves up. Any ideas what the problem could be.
There is a clutch switch at the top of the clutch pedal mount that can be disconnected to help alleviate the revs hanging up between shifts.

Don't confuse the start switch at the bottom of the clutch pedal mount as it's needed to start the car.

Unplug the top switch, take it for a spin on a road you're familiar with and see how you like how the revs drop quicker between shifts with it unplugged. Don't like it then plug it back in.
It hurts nothing to have this plugged in unless you have cruise control and then you'll have to add a switch to the setup for using cruise. But that's another thread.

Good luck and let us know how it works for you. 👍
