Power window Auto-Down not stopped working

My drivers side power window "auto-down" function has stopped working for some reason (2012 NAV). "auto-up" function still works.
Not a big deal, but wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if there is something to fix / check.

Found this online. In this case, the auto function stopped working because of a battery change (which the author explains). But, there are steps given to reset that might work for you (it's worth a shot!). How to Reset Automatic Windows | YourMechanic Advice
