What would be a recommended exhaust that won’t void my warranty but still make the car have a deeper mean sound to it? I have a 2016 Veloster Turbo.

exhaust isn't going to void the warranty necessarily unless a problem is caused by it.
have you considered going to a local exhaust shop instead of paying 2 arms and most of a leg for the ones from our vendors?

Gut stock muffler???
I am doing the downpipe gut and while in the process I was wondering if anyone has ever cut open the stock muffler on a VT? I have a plasma cutter and welder and am thinking of cutting my muffler open and gutting it and welding it closed. Not too into straight pipes and rather not do resonators...

i was under the impression the VT exhaust was decent once the downpipe was remedied.
i have the half-gutted oem downpipe with stock exhaust, it's awesome... not loud even at higher RPM, better than just a stock downpipe.
i'm not sure the 2016+ models can do this though... 13-15 only.
and replacement oem downpipes with low miles were cheap when i bought my spare! $100 with the elbow and o2 sensors the previous owner couldn't get out lol. i half-gutted that one as well and it lies in wait if i need the cat or sensors.
