Im kinda stressing out lol. XXR 565 on Cordvan: Velozza ZXV4 Tire Size: 215/35ZR18

Ok did you roll your fenders? You realize, I hope that your stance is going to be poke. Did you lower the car? It's gonna be quite a stretch probably illegal in most states. If the car is not lowered you'll be OK . 215 is the factory width for your tire. Your new rims are 2 -2.5 in wider than that. I've not seen it done like that, except maybe on an 8.5 in rim.

Definitely not a 35 series it was a 40 . If I were you and you need the strech to fit in the wheel well I would go 225 40 r 18. That's still gonna be a good stretch on the tires.

Im still on stock suspension, and many people have scratched tires where I live (WA State) and my fenders are not rolled yet if I must then I must, but I am more concerned if for my front tires to have turn radius issues, rubbing on shocks/springs..... im just hopping for the best since in the near future im getting a widebody

I have seen 215 40 r18 on 9.5 in wheels but most are going with 235 or 225 40 r 18 with your setup. On the stock suspension you should be OK with out having to do anything.
