So I recently bagged my VT and installed a widebody kit, and the kit raised the fender an inch. so that's perfect eccept now im barely tucking tire while my frame (in the front) is sitting on the tire (with about 2-3" ground clearance). My goal is to have fender to lip and lay frame, but I can't do that if I don't cut that part of the frame at least 2". I've thought about just replacing it with a tube but idk. any thoughts/help would be greatly appreciated.
