okay so, I have my veloster 2013 base version 6 speeds, I need to change the shift knob, I have been watching some videos but I can't find how to make the reverse work or what I have to know to adapt can someone help me with a video???

thats the turbo shift knob, 2013 NAs have a different shift knob.
