Help with dual horn mounting

Can anyone shine some light onto how to mount hella horn/sick speed horns without using the bash bar? I've seen pics of what it looks like but not detailed enough to see what they used or how they mounted them while not using the bash bar.

most likely made L brackets and bolted them somewhere.
