Is it worth it to buy a dual catch can set up that has two catch cans? Or can I save the money and buy the one catch can kits?

It's your choice, but only one is necessary depending upon where you place it and the orientation of the can. Heat defeats the catch can operation so cooler is better than hot when it comes to placement.
