Hey y’all, I need some help here. I was driving my 13 Veloster turbo, and then all of a sudden the rpms were at 0 and the car just stopped running. The lights and radio were still on. My dash had the engine light, the battery light and the oil light on. Now I just replace the oil not even 2 weeks ago and the battery is not even a year old. But I started it back up and then when I got home and opened up the hood smoke was coming from the bottom left side of the engine. And it smelled like gun powder. Any thoughts?

First off, exactly from where was the smoke emitting?
A lot of smoke or just a little? Describe it. Was it oil smoking?
Why do you note an oil change 2 weeks earlier? Do you think you did something wrong?
Do you have an OCC?
Did you change the oil filter?
Did the engine (re)start right up? No hesitation?
Stick or auto?
