I have a 2016 veloster. I love my car, but I am having issues with the touchscreen. Sometimes it is receptive to my touch other time not. Any ideas on how I can fix this permanently?

I usually wipe it down with a damp rag.

it usually happens to me when its 20 degrees out. sometimes when it's around 90 and the car has been in the sun all day...
