What is the real differences from tech and without?is it worth the extra 2000? Please chime in both owners.

That's all I could find on any packages.
The Elantra would be the closest package as it shares chassis with the VT.

For me the 2 grand on the package is over priced and adds more complexity to the car and more to go wrong when the car gets older.
If you plan on keeping it go without but if you're selling in a few short years may give you some nice luxury touches.

Ultimately your call and what's important to you. Good luck.

I've had both but really enjoy having a proximity key (keyless entry / push button start) and heated seats. I didn't care for navigation (although it worked very well), having a sunroof, and back-up assist (annoying AF).

VT tech is actually called ultimate.

add sunroof, auto climate, navigation (16+ gets carplay/android auto), backup sensors. i'm sure i'm missing something...


base model gets proxy key, heated seats, dimension sound already. good enough for most :)
