My backup camera is all foggy like water may have gotten in it. Any ideas to help?

Try cleaning the lens with polishing compound.

I tried that. I might have to replace it

Has water gotten into it? can you see condensation on the lens?

If its inside the lense you can try removing it, unhooking the wiring harness and toss in a bag of rice a few days. If it clears up, you have a crack in the housing and can try to epoxy over it.
