Hi I have a 2013 Veloster Turbo. One mechanic said it was my transmission another mechanic said it was my Turbo
I seem to loose power and the gears do not seem slow to kick in.
If it is the Turbo and you put a used one in?

You could invest 20 bucks for an OBDII reader and download a free torque app.

This would get you to a point where information will become available to you.

Information that will reveal where the problem lay.

Well first you need to scan the vehicle you have to scan engine and transmission for codes some times u can find something in data info like status of “ fail safe”tha will be in transmission data , on the engine data then some ABS ,or body computer will cause a fail safe so the transmission stay in that mode and will not shift
