I have a 2013 Veloster with style package with 84k miles and for some reason it is intermittently stalling when iam stopped at a red light or stop sign. It is also dropping into “neutral” while iam driving sometimes. The engine is still in drive but it is acting as if it is in neutral and the car is still running. The car doesn’t do it all the time and has no check engine lights or anything.Also when this happens I can park the car and let it sit for a few minutes and turn it back on and drive it again without any issues. Does anyone have any idea of what it could be ?

I suggest many applications of a quality fuel additive to help fix your stalling problem.
You don't indicate what transmission that is which is having the problem so suggesting a possible cure would be foolhardy.
