    hey, thx for the comment... you got me thinking now... perhaps i should be thinking about saving up and investing in engine/ drivetrain upgrades first.

    I had a bit of time to look at nitrid'ing... that was an eye opener! I suppose, if I go this route, i should find out whether new valves, and pistons are in order, or if i can case harden the existing ones is an option as well.

    I figure, if a mechanic is going to open up the block, best to get all upgraded.

    After this, I can revisit the list...
