Thanks! It looked like it was. Hope you don't mind if I end up doing the same or similar. It looks like one of the best options.

Don't mind at all. I also think its the best option. I haven't seen anything else that fills the stock holes like these do.
If you are in Toronto you could swing by solo's shop and have them install it.

Did you have them install the catback as well? I'm thinking there wouldn't be anyone better to install their own product.
Thanks. I find the stock one looks timid and the extended tip looks like it'll help the flow and maybe reduce that black build up.

Yes I have the cat back system from solo. The tips where an after thought and were never part of solo's plans to include in the cat cat back kit. You should swing by their shop in Mississauga to see what it would cost to have the whole thing installed. Tell Mike with the matte VT sent you .

Hey Mike, would you mind checking how much they stick out for me? Wondering how long the whole piece of tip that is sticking out from the bumper. Thanks =)

85 EACH? So 170 bucks + shipping just for tips..

Man, I dont know about that. I love my Solo exhaust, but thats quite a bit just for cosmetic tips.

Agreed. That's kind of outrageous. I'd stick with the stock tips for that price.

Hi yes the $85 each price tag is kinda high. But they are double walled tips. They need to be double walled cuz singles will probably melt the bumper. I have looked around and I havent been able to find tips that are 4.5" outside diameter and double walled in this price range. Iv found some that were $100+, plus shipping.

There is a shorter 4" lenghth that is available for $53. But im not sure if that will fit. I might be near their shop and I will enquire about the shorter lenghth tips. IF it does fit I will be pissed cuz I would of got the shorter ones lol.

And (dont quote me on this) but shipping is included because it says free shipping on their website? Steve can you confirm?

That's why I was curious about how much they stick out as I was hoping to go a bit shorter and hoping that the T027-02 would stick out just perfectly for me.

It isn't just cosmetic I think. The stock tips end at the inside and behind the bumper and there is a gap between that and holes; having tips like this would take the fumes straight outside of the bumper. Isn't that more ideal so that air isn't getting trapped?

The tops of the tips stick out 2.5" past the bumper.

Here's the thing to the tailpipe slides into the inlet a few inches. I measured the tail pipe to tip and it'd 5". So you could probably make the shorter ones work with less tip sticking out past the bumper.
