what do you think about those fan that you put into the air intake, is it really working to give you more power and can the waranty on the engine can be cancel by the dealer in case of problem.

No its a gimmick like the vortex insert. Any yes, if the dealer or Hyundai gets wind that you installed one they would most likely kill your warranty.

a real supercharger kit costs thousands of dollars, if your reffering to the ebay thing.. lol, its a gimmick.. as is the vortex.. don't waste ur money.

It works for me, the rpm go up faster and car get more power, i bought those dual fan one on ebay, any problem, take it out and go back to dealer

There is no magic chip, charger, filter, intake, etc that will make a magic 50hp. End of story.

I actually built something like the "echarger" for my 2002 Tundra back in 01 I took a electric ducted fan module that produced 15 lbs of thrust from a RC airplane put in a mechanical speed controller so that under low throttle position it was producing about 1lb and under WOT it was fully spooled up. Took the contrapton to a buds Dyno and lost 5 hp due to the restriction in the intake. I put the parts back in the RC vehicles and that was the last of it untill I saw some thread in a forum bout 2008 where some guy did the same thing but instead decided to sell the snake oil.

Somebody could make a fortune designing a foot operated bellows pedal to ram more air into the induction system. When additional power was desired, just stomp furiously on the pedal...and hang on!

as this is a ridiculous thread and I have not bee on very often to do it...i'm lock this up! ANYTHING put infront of the intake manifold that is not a SIGNIFICANT pressure differential (turbo or Supercharger (ran from the belts of the vehicle) are going to cause a restriction and power WILL suffer...not to mention mpgs ect.
