Red face Veloster....How do I pronounce it?

Since this could be my future car and I am excited to tell my friends about it already (even in concept form) how exactly do I pronounce the name??
    Vell-Oh-ster?
    Velo-ster?

It's pronounced Tibb-you-ron. Just kidding from what I watched on videos they pronounce it Vell-oh-ster. There's a chance they might change the name prior to production but I highly doubt it.

    Vell-oh-ster sounds right to me.

What is with Hyundai and their random names!?

I had thought it was "Vel ah ster" and it's so new the salespeople didn't know differently, but I just took a phone survey call from Hyundai and it's definitely "Vel oh ster" with the long-o sound; I asked.

My insurance agent spelled it Velexter. Ha!

I am almost 100% sure it is pronounced Vel-ah-ster. The name is a combination of Velocity and Roadster and everyone at the dealership as well as some videos i've seen pronounce it with the -ah- instead of the -oh-

Exactly, the middle sound is definitely ah not oh.

My salesman today called it the quite popular with the uninformed, velositer. I corrected him and made a deal. Now I don't care how he says it.

In the U.S. it is pronounced Vel-AWE-ster, but in Europe they say Vel-OH-ster. Depends on where you live whether the "O" is long or short. However you say it, it's still a great car!

Several dealers in the Midwest are still pronouncing it Velositer. I've given up on trying to correct them. I even had one leave me a voice male today where he started to say Veloster but then "corrected" himself and said Velositer.

I give up with them. You'd think the commercials would help.

I saw that, too. Which is pretty humorous since the car is not fast (Velocity), nor is it a two-seater convertible (Roadster).
