And we will also need the relays? You guys are located in STL right? Do you have a shop that I could come up and grab what I want, without having to pay shipping and get them the same day?

Yes, these two kits will convert both your low beams and fog lights. The relays are definitely commended for the veloster, as is the warning cancellar for the low beams. I would recommend both these items to avoid the notorious Veloster buzzing noise. And yes we are located at 12164 Lackland Rd. St Louis 63146. You can either just walk in and order the kits at the store front or you can purchase online and select the "store pickup" option under shipping rates.

Its not required but the relays are always recommended.

Are the H11B->H7 adapters safe to use with non HID bulbs? How do they hold the H7 bulbs in place?

I ask because I'd like to experiment with mounting some high-powered LED H7 modules in the H11B sockets. I know I'll need to create a wiring harness of some kind as well, but I think I can do that myself.

Are the H11B->H7 adapters safe to use with non HID bulbs? How do they hold the H7 bulbs in place?

We have only used the H7 adapters with H7 bulbs, I'm not sure how they will hold up to a H11b bulb.
