I called HyundaiUSA direct and spoke to a very helpful live rep who understood what I was talking about and went off to find answers for me. Hooray for Hyundai service! Unfortunately, the answers weren't all that encouraging. Hyundai, of course, doesn't actually manufacture or program the units; that's a vendor function. So they don't have a copy of the actual picture file available. My next contact will be whatever company does produce or program the head unit, but they weren't able to give me that information either. I think someone here mentioned LG, but I'm not sure. Does anyone know?
