Wondering if there could be some "light up phantom" pieces like those for the Gen Coupe coming for the Veloster.

Also digging those "hatch tray" pieces that where available for the Tiburon/Tuscani.

I could only get a couple really really bad photos last night when I tired to get semi install photos. They REALLY LOOK bad. But they are available. I actually made them back in April for a guy here that was trading in his V for a VT, but never heard back from him.I'm working on getting them up on the site this weekend or early next week.

Hmmm. Looking good. Although the white center seems to be a bit "too bright".

Think it could be possible to have center and border be the same blue color that matches the rest of the OEM LEDs?

I just wanted to put my two cents in on this since they were tested in my car. The blue that is in the picture is actually from my dome light so it's kinda throwing it off. but they are quality from what I have seen first hand and I have been assured that they can be made in white, blue, red, yellow, orange, and green.

It's been hard for me right now to get quality night shots. Once I get the set installed fully I will get some better ones. Ben and I both sat in the drivers seat and they look great. They are not too bright to drive with. They looked washed out in the photos due to...well, not the best setup for night shots.

Yeah they weren't no more of a distraction than the radio.

Well, I guess it's just that the inside of the cup holders light up all bright white. I'm thinking of a more mellow blue light.

I currently have my interior LEDs dimmed to the setting before turning them off. Just barely visible in the dark. Thinking of adding a dimmer switch for both the cup holder lights and footwell lights as well.

Yeah I'm talking with AJ and working on it. I want mine blue but subtle. Like the rest of the lights if they are gonna turn when the others do.

I'll happily be a guinea pig tester and get HQ shots of the product if I could get good R&D pricing.

And yeah, I definitely need the blue to match OEM blue. And cupholders are wired to shifter gear LEDs in my case so they turn on with rest of interior blue LEDs.

As for footwell lighting, I was going to tap into same lights since I'm having a hard time locating a source for power that becomes live when opening the doors. Yet can also continue on after doors close.

On when doors open and still on when doors are closed. Just hard wire to battery with a switch. I put a remote on mine.

    Explain?

Remote to activate them before you open doors? To shut them off when leaving?

Hard wired to battery would leave them on at all times, correct?

Interesting. But still, do you have to turn off and on every time you leave the car?

Im trying to have the integration be as seamless and worry free as possible.

The way I planned the install would go is to have them tied into the car so that the come on at night with the other interior lights.

Sounds like for your foot well lighting you want a double throw relays.

I'll probably end up wiring into interior lights as well.

Would like to see them turn on when opening the door but seems like an unwarranted complication.
