    barracuda karizzma black/chrome finish.

Hi, i know that there are a lot of treads about offset but How about ride quality and rubbing? I'm sorry just want to be sure. So the specs of the rims are: 18x8 offset 40 with stock rubber. Thats about 1.6 cm wider. Plus my car is lowered on eibachs. Let me know. Ill try to post a pic of the rims tomorrow.

    Thanks again

Tires will be stretched a little but nothing major. A 225 tire would be perfect fit.

If you are that unsure (assuming you've searched something as simple as 18x8 +40 to find all posts about this size) and still don't trust any of the feedback then I suggest you take it to a mechanic and verify. All wheel fitment calculators, user feedback and flush threads indicate what you need to know already. Not much else we can do other than basically the same users that have already done this saying again that they have no issues. If it eases your mind, go to a specialist and do it as you can't hold people on forums accountable if it doesn't fit or doesn't fit to the way you were expecting. Not to be harsh about it but this isn't a matter of opinion (the fitment) if the manufacturers (whichever brand you are buying) meets the standard then the fitment is just measurements and matters of facts not some theory about fuel economy or oils, filters, etc. Of course all this is based on having a good mechanic or even any individually (including yourself) put them on for you.

I am a mechanic and i measured it thats why i'm scared of the fittment. The local dealer was not sure if it would fit to. In my country we have a lot off bumps. So it would rub allot. But if everybody says that it wouldn't rub. Then i think i'm going to order them. Thanks again.

Oh and we don't have big shops with a lot of different sizes and wheels so no trying to fit...
