yea I have 215's on my 8" Nurburgs... wouldn't stretch them any more than that. I'll probably get 225's or even 235's next time.

Yes. I agree. 235 would be ideal on the 8.5. 225 should be nice on the 8. Since I don't wanna buy new tires in just gonna go with a 7.5

I've got the oem 215's on 18 x 8's. Looks good, fits pretty good, too. Next go around will be 225/40 Conti DWS. I'm trying real hard to wear out the oem's, but at 22,000 miles I still have a way to go, dammit.

I don't think they make those TSWs in less than 8" wide.

Would have just ran them stretched for a while and then buy some 225s. Or even find a local tire shop that could even trade you those almost new 215s for some 225s or 235s with about the same amount of miles/meat on them.

Yes the people at discount tire direct are swapping the wheels. They are a pleasure to deal with. Should have wheels sometime this week.

Beautiful choice. I'm a fan of simple and my plain 6 spoke wheels prove that but if I wanted more complex this is something I'd look at.

I got 18" x 8" 35+ Offset and got the stock Kuhmo tires. As soon as they are worn im going with some 235's.

No spacers?.. That fitment looks rather flush. Maybe a slight drop is all that's needed.

Thanks! I definitely want to drop it a bit, just waiting for the NGM beta max to come back in stock.

And yes, no spacers. I was really happy with the offset from the wheels

I originally ordered the 8.5 but changed mind on stretch. My 7.5 will be here tomorrow. They had the 8 with the 35 offset but disnt want to go that low.

Unfortunately it's a different pattern, funny that you have a BR-Z and a Veloster Turbo, my hubby has a FR-S
