Plasti-Dip of emblems / badges with pictures

So last night I decided to Plasti-Dip the badges / emblems. This stuff is awesome. I can think of so many different uses for it now. I'm even thinking about dipping my phone !!!


I first masked everything off as good as I could. Later I found out that I didn't even need to do that. That stuff peels right off.. it's AWESOME.. as long as it doesn't peel off as I'm driving...lol

I found that my old darts were perfect for removing the paint between the letters. I imagine you can use a toothpick or something else.. as long as it's not sharp and won't scratch the paint.

Looks good. With the front grill, did you place something behind the grill to protect the radiator or just leave it and spray?

I left it not thinking about what would happen to the radiator. Yesterday I put in my HID kit and discovered that the radiator had overspray.
